All documentation
Fidiora works alongside the tools you already use, with no migration. It connects to helpdesks, CRMs, team chat, messaging channels, and docs tools through standard methods: API, webhooks, and automation tools like Zapier. Handoffs, leads, and alerts flow into the tools your team already watches.
The principle: add a layer, do not replatform
Fidiora is designed to sit in front of your existing support stack, not to replace it. Your helpdesk, your ticket history, and your workflows stay where they are. Fidiora resolves the repetitive questions and passes everything else into the tools your team already uses, with the conversation attached. See AI layer vs. replatforming.
How connections work
Fidiora fits into your stack through standard methods:
- API. For direct connections where the other tool supports it.
- Webhooks. To send events, such as a handoff or a captured lead, to another system as they happen.
- Automation tools. Zapier and Make let you connect Fidiora events to thousands of apps without code.
Common integrations by job
- Helpdesk. Pass handoffs into your queue as tickets with the transcript attached: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, Intercom, Front, Zoho Desk, Gorgias.
- Team chat. Post escalations, VIP alerts, captured leads, and spend-cap alerts where your team already works: Slack, Microsoft Teams.
- CRM. Send qualified leads to sales with context: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM.
- Engineering. Turn confirmed bugs into issues: Jira, Linear, GitHub.
- Commerce and billing. Pass order or billing context to agents on handoff: Shopify, Stripe, Chargebee.
- Docs. Where your knowledge lives: Notion, Confluence, GitBook, Document360.
Plan an integration
-
Start with where handoffs land
The most important connection is the one that puts handoffs in front of a person. Decide whether that is your helpdesk, the Fidiora pipeline, or a team chat channel.
-
Pick the method
Check the integration page for your tool. Most connect through the API or an automation tool like Zapier.
-
Map the fields
Decide what a handoff should carry into the other tool: the transcript, the customer, the trigger that fired, and any tags or groups.
-
Test end to end
Trigger a test handoff and confirm it arrives in the right place with the right fields, and that an agent can act on it without asking the customer anything again.
Keep the signal useful
Integrations make it easy to flood a channel. Only send the events people will act on: handoffs that need a reply, high-priority leads, and spend-cap alerts. Daily summaries are usually better than a message per resolution. You control which events go where.
