Brief elevated latency on the dashboard

Some users saw slower dashboard loads for about 18 minutes. The chat widget and AI resolution were unaffected. Root cause was a database connection pool limit, since raised.

Delayed lead routing notifications

Lead capture worked normally, but Slack and email notifications were delayed by up to 10 minutes. We added redundancy to the notification queue.
